Randolph
L. Bodwin
Attorney Randolph L. Bodwin received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Michigan State University. He received his Law Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1983 and was admitted to practice law in Michigan in the same year. In 1985 he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. In 2010 he was admitted to practice law in Illinois.
Mr. Bodwin has over 25 years of trial experience. His practice areas include insurance defense, personal injury, worker's compensation, errors and omissions, family law and general civil practice. Mr. Bodwin is a member of the State Bar of Illinois, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Chicago Bar Association.

Cullen Harkness
Attorney Cullen Harkness received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indiana University in 2004. He received his Law Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007 and was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan the following spring. Mr. Harkness was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan in 2008.
His practice areas include criminal defense, municipal law, family law, landlord-tenant, collections, estate administration and general civil litigation. Mr. Harkness also serves multiple municipalities as the Prosecuting Attorney for Meridian Township and an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Albion. Mr. Harkness is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the DEKE Realty Association.

Olivia M. Peterson
Attorney Olivia M. Peterson majored in Zoology and received her Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in 2004. She earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to practice law the following spring.
Her practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, collections, and estate planning. Ms. Peterson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Ingham County Bar Association.
